Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Email reminders are sent two (2) days before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment please call or email and leave a message as soon as practicable.


We request a minimum of 24 hours (and prefer 48 hours notice) for any cancellation, so that people on a cancellation list are given the opportunity to fill the appointment. If you cancel or don’t attend on the day of your scheduled appointment you will required to pay the full fee for your session.


These charges will be deducted from your nominated credit card that is held on file. These details must be up-to-date before your appointments are made.


If you have an appointment on Monday and need to cancel, please do so before 12 pm on Friday beforehand.

Please note that Medicare does not cover cancellation fees or fees for services that you do not attend.


We understand that emergencies occur, and genuine emergencies will be accepted.
